 Phase 2 Safeguarding Scheme

Delivery of Phase 2 of the school’s safeguarding programme within a live operational environment.
Works focused on improving pedestrian and vehicular safety through enhanced traffic management, including new retaining walls, stepped and ramped access, and the resurfacing and reconfiguration of car parking areas. The scheme provided safer circulation routes, clearer segregation and improved accessibility. The project required careful logistical planning, with strict segregation, controlled vehicle movements, maintained access routes and close coordination with the school and council to ensure safety and minimise disruption throughout.
