Communal Area Improvements
Refurbishment and improvement works to enhance safety, accessibility and the quality of shared residential spaces.
The project included upgrading staircases and balustrades, repairing and insulating cavity walls, renewing flooring, and improving lighting and electrical systems. Internal walls were re-rendered and decorated, and a new entrance door system was installed to strengthen security and access. External pathway refurbishments further improved accessibility and overall presentation of the communal areas.
