Whitgreave Street

 Construction of six houses with associated external works achieving EPC A rating.

SWG were engaged to undertake the construction of six semi-detached houses with gardens, car parking and landscaping works. The site required Japanese Knotweed removal prior to works commencing together with adjustment to levels. Highway works comprised access road, bell mouth and turning head, pavements, street lighting, below ground drainage and car parking. The site is located within a dense residential area. SWG undertook letter drops advising local residents of upcoming works.
