Large scale renovation of two separate Grade II Listed market halls. As part of the Wrexham Townscape Heritage Scheme, the phased works comprised decant works, stripping out internal areas, removal of redundant WCs and replacement with new, extensive M&E works including a new energy efficient heating system, new trading area and stalls, new stairs and lifts to ensure DDA compliance, internal decoration throughout and roof repairs. During works, our site team worked around a live retail environment due to some business tenants still using facilities, requiring frequent and effective communication.
