Coed Pella Council Offices

Extensive remodelling works at the live Coed Pella Council Offices in Colwyn Bay.

The project included internal fit-out, building services, envelope alterations, car park interface works, and landscaping under the North Wales Construction Partnership. Works were completed while the building remained fully operational. Our team implemented a robust logistics strategy to manage site safety, restricted access, and close proximity to neighbouring properties. Works were carefully phased to minimise disruption to council staff and visitors. This project demonstrates SWG’s expertise in delivering complex refurbishment works within live public sector environments to the highest standards.
