Window, Rooflight, Render, and Ceiling Replacement

The project comprised significant upgrade and refurbishment of office spaces, canteen areas, changing rooms and toilet facilities across the site. SWG undertook asbestos removal, minor layout changes, replacement of internal finishes and fixtures, new suspended ceilings, mechanical and electrical installations, fire alarm installations and installation of FF&E. Externally we carried out drainage works, cladding works and created a new ramp. This project involved comprehensive upgrades to Much Birch CofE Primary School. Key works included the removal of asbestos from the hall, followed by the installation of a suspended ceiling and LED lighting. The existing high-level render was replaced with a new Rockpanel complete system, while new roof lights and windows were installed to enhance natural light and energy efficiency.

Externally, we designed and installed an ACO drain system, complete with groundworks and drainage connections, to ensure effective water management.

These improvements provided the school with a safer, more energy-efficient environment while upgrading its appearance and functionality.
