Works comprised replacement of M&E services, replacement of one passenger lift and one goods lift, replacement of external windows and doors, refurbishment of bathrooms, washrooms and back of house corridors, eradication of damp ingress, removal and making good of sundry external fixtures, environmental enhancements and limited fabric repairs.
