Here is our Design & Build project for @weareconnexus in Hereford, delivering:

🔹 Two 3-bedroom dormer bungalows
🔹 One 5-bedroom house
🔹 One 2-bedroom bungalow
🔹 Full external works, including drainage infrastructure and statutory services
🔹 Section agreements and public highway alterations for new driveways and service connections.

We are proud to have successfully delivered the Ysgol Dinas Brân project on behalf of @denbighshirecc.

Works focused on improving pedestrian and vehicular safety through enhanced traffic management, including new retaining walls, stepped and ramped access, and the resurfacing and reconfiguration of car parking areas.

The scheme provided safer circulation routes, clearer segregation and improved accessibility.

The project required careful logistical planning, with strict segregation, controlled vehicle movements, maintained access routes and close coordination with the school and council to ensure safety and minimise disruption throughout.

Remodelling works have been successfully delivered

Remodelling works have been successfully delivered at the occupied Coed Pella Council Offices on behalf of Conwy County Borough Council.

The project included:

🟧 Internal fit-out
🟧 Building services upgrades
🟧 Envelope alterations
🟧 Car park interface works
🟧 Landscaping

All works were completed while the building remained fully operational. Our team implemented a robust logistics strategy to ensure safety, manage restricted access, and minimise disruption to council staff and visitors.

This project highlights our expertise in delivering complex improvement works in live public sector environments, safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Back on site at @telfordcollege, this time transfo

Back on site at @telfordcollege, this time transforming the Learning Centre!

This marks our fourth contract with the College and is a testament to the strong working relationship we have built over the years.

The latest project involves the £1.9 million transformation of the two-storey library at the Wellington campus. Works include major internal reconfiguration, installation of a new lift and staircase, comprehensive Mechanical & Electrical upgrades, and external improvements to the south and west elevations.

With construction now underway, we’re proud to be part of the team delivering this exciting refurbishment.
