Another project successfully completed for @powysc

Another project successfully completed for @powyscc .

The works focused on enhancing the communal areas of a residential building, improving safety, accessibility, and overall appearance.

Improvements carried out included upgraded staircases and balustrades, wall insulation repairs, new flooring, lighting and electrical upgrades, installation of new entrance door systems, and redecoration throughout. External works comprised the reconfiguration of pathways and the formation of a new bin-store area.

A great result delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This month, we delivered STEM Day activities to over 170 Year 9 students at King Henry VIII 3-19 School in Abergavenny.

It was an exciting morning, introducing students to career opportunities and pathways in the construction industry. They also put their creativity and teamwork to the test, building freestanding towers from marshmallows and spaghetti, with the tallest reaching an impressive 70cm!

Works are well underway at The Royal Flats in Telf

Works are well underway at The Royal Flats in Telford.

We are delivering this project on behalf of @telfordwrekincouncil, which involves a full internal and external refurbishment of seven vacant flats and their communal areas.

Structural repairs and groundworks are now complete. Ongoing works include first-fix carpentry, plumbing, electrical installations, and window replacements.

Next, we will be carrying out fire-stopping works, cavity insulation, damp-proofing, plaster boarding, MF ceilings, and plaster skimming.
