
We transformed an old barn into a vibrant indoor adventure and play space — now a welcoming hub for families and schools to learn and explore.
Two carpentry students from Sandwell College gained hands-on experience on site, while Tim, a local resident who started as a general labourer, is now employed as a telehandler driver across our Sandwell projects.
We invested over £640,000 with local suppliers within 20 miles radius and diverted nearly 960 tonnes of material from landfill through recycling and reuse.


This scheme involved the refurbishment of occupied apartment blocks and the construction of four new-build apartments, enhancing local housing and supporting social value through community-focused initiatives.
It created new opportunities for local residents, including Joshua and Ashley, who joined our Quantity Surveying and Buying teams, and Liam, who transitioned from agency work to full-time employment.
We supported St. Mary’s Church by donating refreshments for community coffee mornings and helped refurbish the church hall in collaboration with Painting and Decorating students from Sandwell College, giving them the opportunity to apply their skills in a real-world setting.
Around £1.4 million was reinvested locally, and waste materials were responsibly recycled including timber pallets shared with nearby allotments.


This project saw the construction of six EPC A-rated semi-detached homes with associated external works, including gardens, parking, and landscaping.
Two plastering students from Sandwell College gained hands-on experience on site, while Tim who began his journey at Forge Mill Farm continued to play a key role.
We also upgraded Yew Tree & Tame Bridge Community Centre and partnered with NOVA Training to support Jayden, a local learner gaining practical experience through a multi-skills programme.
Over 30 local SME’s and suppliers were engaged, resulting in a total local spend being over £762,000 within 20 miles of the project.
Recycling and reuse remained central throughout, helping to minimise environmental impact.
